February Cards

Well no-one can say I'm not a romantic at heart! These cards have gone down well at my workshops, and I would like to thank everyone that posted online or swapped similar/very similar cards for their inspiration.

Gina and Joy's Stampin' Up! Experience

We held this event on Saturday 15th January. We really enjoyed it and the response we got from all who attended has encouaged us to run more events like this. We will be taking a stand at the King's Hall in April and hope to promote the next Experience at this.

Thanks to all who attended and made this such a success, we really hope you enjoyed this as much as we did. We hope you will come to the next one and encourage your friends to come with you. I would also like to thank Paula Gorry, UK Country Manager, who gave us tremendous support and kindly accepted our invitation to join us on the day, Gina and I really appreciated her giving up her time to be there.

We had two make and takes - a 6" scrapbook page and a spinner card using Party this Way stamp set, Gina demonstrated Faux Silk technique and I demonstrated how the Extra Large Bird Punch could be used to make a variety of embellishments that could be used on either cards or in scrapbooks. We had a total of 6 prizes which included a stamp set, a Stampin' Around Wheel and Handle and 12x12 In Colour Cardstock, 12x12 In Colour Designer Paper and an Ink Pad. Everyone also received a litle bag containing a Lindt chocolate.

Stampin' Up! Experience

Another Independent Demonstrator, Gina, and I are holding a Stampin' Up! Experience on Saturday 15th January 2011 at The Dunsilly Hotel, Antrim. There will be demonstrations, prizes and projects to make. Orders and workshop bookings will be taken on the day.
