Q&A

Q: How can I capture all of our family summer fun?

A: Some of us like camping, some like the beach, and others prefer a luxury hotel and room service. Scrapbooking is kind of the same. We all have different likes and needs. The great thing is that Stampin’ Up! has a solution for us all, even you! Check out the options and see which one fits you and your family best.

Quick & Informal
This and That Journals are perfect if you want to capture your memories on the go. They are designed so you can add thoughts, photos, brochures, tickets, and other tidbits as you go. Pack a small bag with a Stampin’ Write Marker or two, your This and That Journal, Remember This and That Rotary Stamp, coordinating Designer Stickers, and Washi Tape, and you’ll have everything you need! Since you can add thoughts and memories right away, you can return from a getaway with your journal complete and ready to share! Since it’s informal, you’ll cherish having other family members jot down some of their thoughts and favourite moments to share, too.

My Craft Studio

All my classes and workshops are now taking place in my craft studio.

With lovely views of County Down, Northern Ireland and getting evening sun through Velux windows, it really is a nice place to be.  The white walls, tables and chairs reflect the daylight contributing to the brightness of the room, while the beech laminate gives an easy to clean floor.  My club members love the space, they can all move freely about the room without disturbing other members.  Open fronted cupboards and shelves allow craft items to be easily seen and put away.

The current, 6 table, layout easily seats 10 a small adjustment will increase that to 14 allowing 60cm wide workspace per person.

My next class and workshop dates are:
Tuesday 18 June
Saturday 6 July - Christmas in July (no cards - all day workshop)
Tuesday 16 July
Thursday 18 July - Christmas Cards

For more details on the above and to reserve your place, please visit my Stampin' Up! website - http://joymitchell.stampinup.net

This and That

Hello and what have you been doing recently?  Do I hear "not much, just this and that"? We have all said it at one time or another, and struggled to remember some of the things we have done.  Stampin' Up! has come up with the solution -  This and That  - a journal with coordinating products.
An A5 journal that is small enough to keep with you yet large enough to hold your thoughts.

If you went to a concert you could record the date, who you saw, what you heard, place your ticket in a pocket and you are ready to add a photo as a perfect reminder of the event.

Are you thinking of decorating?  Then This and That can help - place small wallpaper sample, fabric sample and paint colour card in your journal, jot down prices and where you saw them, then when you are at home you can measure up and plan your project.

So many things to record in this - the perfect romantic night out - a day with the family - or you can use the journal for one event - for example a holiday.

I can see so many uses that one may not be enough

So, what can you get? how much will it cost? and how do I get it?
